Our mission is to break the stigma surrounding mental health, dismantle the barriers that prevent open conversations, and drive meaningful change in our communities.

All profits generated from The Support Squad will be saved and invested into the establishment of a nonprofit organization. This will enable us to reach even more individuals and provide essential resources and support.

As certified professionals in the ASIST program (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training), my husband and I are passionate about creating a world where mental health is prioritized and everyone feels safe to share their struggles.
