As a survivor myself, I know the journey all too well. When I finally found the strength to leave, I was left with little more than the essentials that fit in my truck and fleeting nights in hotels before finding a safe place for my children and me.

I genuinely understand how overwhelming it can feel during those first nights away from an abuser. That’s why I believe that little comforts, like a fresh change of nail polish or a soothing hair mask, can make a world of difference. It’s about finding those small moments of self-care that help rebuild hope and strength.
